Outside the building you're literally steps away from boulangeries, pâtisseries, boucheries, chocolatiers, and fromageries. There are dozens of restaurants nearby. This is a real Parisian neighborhood. Close to Les Halles, the Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, the Palais Royal, and within a couple of blocks of 3 different Metro stops (Sentier, Les Halles, and Etienne Marcel).
