Very special and charming apartment located centrally at metro Pigalle or Blanche, in the Montmarte aera. About 45m2. Long hallway with big dressing, reading corner and desk. kitchen ( double zink, brand new oven, washing machine with dryer, fridge with frezer), charming bathroom with small bathtub and showerhead .

Big living room very bright with beautiful view on long courtyard. extremely quiet, we hear the birds singing.
perfect temperature in summer, the sun does not get into the room, only the light.
Tastefully decorated, modern with touch of the 60ies original scandinavian furniture. parquet on floor, black stone/ardoise in hallway, white walls, dark wood furniture.
Very comfortable queen size bed.
For rent month of July and/or August only for responsible, calm and non-smoking persons. Perfect for a couple ( there is no hardwood doors to separate the rooms ), but possibility to sleep up to 5 persons.
