This pretty renovated farmhouse will only need a few finishing jobs, but the worst has been done. Set on the edge of a small hamlet just 10 minutes from the busy little market town of Magnac Laval, with supermarket bakers doctors etc.. it is also about 10minutes away from a nice swimming lake.

On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area (26,77m²) with old tiled floor, large fireplace and stone walls At the back there is a sweet country kitchen (10,62m²) with a bread oven (hidden behind a piece of furniture for the moment ). The view over the country side and the garden at the back is really nice. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (10,15m² - 9m²) with pine flooring and velux. The bathroom with toilet is brand new and nice. Attached to the house there is a large outbuilding (84m²) which could be ideal to create more rooms (for that you need a CU).There is double glazing everywhere, new doors, new plumbing, new electricity and the septic tank is only five years old.
