holiday cottage in the most perfect rural location

Peace and tranquility by the bucket load for the owners of this rural getaway. This property is located in a hamlet of just one other property, it sits in a plot of one and a half acres and has got to be the most perfect holiday property. Inside there is a living room, with fitted kitchen, stairs up to the converted attic space - low beams up here but the kids would love it. Back downstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and garage area which could be extended into. Attached to this is a workshop and another outbuilding.
The nearby village of Pleuville has a shop, school, hairdresser and cafe-bar. Confolens the closest market town offers everything you would need as well as some stunning architecture and a week long summer folklore festival.
