From October 2008 to April 2009, our spacious, fully equipped apartment including kitchen/dining area, a private garden and veranda is available for longer term stays (weekly to monthly or longer). Each bedroom has 2 twin beds and sleeps a total of 4. A canopy bed is also available. Location is 4 km from Mirande with all essential shops, schools etc. Airports of Pau, Tarbes/Lourdes, Toulouse nearby.
Apartment is adjacent to owners house. Owners live on property year round.
We, Charles and Caroline Aronson with our 12 year old daughter Miya, are originally from the US and Holland and have lived in the Gers for over 2 years and will be glad to answer your questions about settling and living here. Also Shiatsu therapist(Charles)on premises. Sorry no pets as we have 2 cats already! Monthly rate includes heating, phone and internet. No TV but a satelite dish is easy to install.
