The name La Cave derives from the fact that in the early 1900's this part of La Giraudiere was used to process the grapes to produce the wine, pineau and champagne for the master of La Giraudiere. Now totally renovated and equipped with gas centrle heating this apartment is ideal for both summer and winter lets. On the ground floor there is a large day room and equipped Kitchenette. There is a large shower room and W.C. and hand basin. Heating is by means of gas central heating boiler. There is a double glazed door entrance which leads out to the east courtyard and your lawned area is ideal for breakfast or evening meals alfresco. On the 1st Floor there are 3 double bedrooms or single twins bedrooms Also there is a large store cupboard ideal for clothes baggage etc. Parking is provided in the east courtyard. This apartment or Gite is ideal for families or groups. A sofa bed can be installed used to sleep a further two people upon the ground floor if so desired. The apartment is light and airy and very comfortable ideal for both short or long term stays. More posting information
