This charming studio of 25m², on the 6th floor walk up is located in the heart of Paris, the 1st arrondissement on rue des Innocents.
For up to 2/3 people.

The main room has a television, a Hifi system, a sofa bed for 2 people, shelves, and a dining table with 2 chairs.
A high speed Internet connection is at you disposal.

From a small staircase, you access to a mezzanine with a bed for 2 people, and a small desk.

The open kitchen is fitted with hotplates, a fridge, an oven, a coffee maker, a boiler, and cupboards and all the dishes needed.

On the right of the main entrance you have the bathroom with a shower, a wash-basin under a mirror, and toilets.
A vacuum is of course at your disposal.

Location: The Rue des Innocents is located in the heart of Paris and more precisely at Châtelet, a very animated area. You’ll find numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
At few minutes walk from the studio, you will reach the Musée du Louvre, and its gardens, Le Centre d’Arts de Culture, Georges Pompidou, and le Forum des Halles.

Closest Metro: Châtelet, Châtelet les Halles (line 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D)

Price per night: 91 euro all utilities and agency fees included. 3 nights minimum

Price per week: 455 euro (all tax and agency fees included).
