Fast growing, high search engine ranking Rental Property In France website, Lets Rent Property In France.com (LRPIF) is literally getting hammered every day by people who are looking to either rent long term in France or who are seeking a gite for their holiday.

So what? I hear you ask...

Well, if you have a property available to let long term or as a holiday gite I want to hear from you today. Not only am I offering you one year free, full page, Silver listing on the main site but also a separate entry on our French Rental Property Blog.

Well, these could be some good reasons.

I just searched on Yahoo for French Long Lets and we're ranked number 1 out of 22,800,000 other results!

The same search on AltaVista comes in number 1 out of 22,600,000 .....

But what about the big bad boy of all search engines, Google?

My site has a current Google PR score of 3 and heading for 4 rapidly and this is in under a year. The first listing only went on the site back in Sept 2007.

Showing consistently in the top Google results (I'll be honest, not always at number one, but as our results are keyword rich they often stand more than the one or two sites that occasionally outrank LRPIF) against a very wide range of related search keywords and phrases. Most other sites rank well for just one or two terms. Pretty often searches bring up the main site two or three times per page and often includes the blog in results too. Call it a belt and braces approach but it works, often if a search doesn't display a listing from the main site it shows it from the blog.

There is no catch - the site needs the listings to satisfy the visitors searching - so in this case there really is such a thing as a free lunch, except it's not lunch, it's a free property listi.... oh, never mind.
