30 seconds walk from the « Place des Abbesses », 45m2, in a small, quiet street. 3rd floor, sunny, very quiet & well-ventilated. Fully furnished (first needed condiments, crockery & linens, washing machine…), recently renovated. Stylish. In the « village de Montmartre », with its many small shops and “cafés”. 5min from the « Sacré-Cœur ». Nice, spacious living room with two windows. Flooring, ancient furniture, floral windows. Large windows in every room. Feng Shui ambience in the bed room. Contemporary kitchen, induction cooking plates, XLarge fridge... Shower room & separate toilet. Wifi Internet connection, phone, Hi-Fi system. Secure, ancient building with charm. Digicode on the main door.
I am looking for a responsible couple(or two), who will take care of my flat as it was hisself .


From Saturday the 14th of June til the 5st of July.
Or from the 23th of august til the 30th of august.
All charges included: 300/W.
Just have to put down your luggage & enjoy your Parisian days.
