Sitting on the outskirts of the village with all the amenities you need this property, although not the most typically French house we have for sale does have a certain charm and grows on you after a short time.

You climb the exterior steps on to the veranda to get to the front door. This leads into the tiled hallway and off here is the kitchen (14m2) with fireplace; the dining room (15m2) with marble fireplace; the sitting room (16m2) with fireplace and finally a bedroom (Again with fireplace) with a small en suite bathroom and then there is a toilet under the stairs.
