Recently restored with wonderful taste, this 40m² is located in the 15th arrondissement, Rue Viala.
4th and last floor walk up, this apartment has just been renovated. An entrance will give you access to a large dressing room.

All the amenities are around, boulangeries (bakeries), supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, and the famous Rue du Commerce is just few minute walk

Closest Metro: 100m from Dupleix (1 stop from the Eiffel Tower line 6) La Motte Picquet Grenelle (line 6,8,10) direct to Invalides, Concorde and St Germain.
