Middle-age married couple. Non-smokers.
We previously lived in Paris (for four years).
We don't need luxury.
We will NOT work with agents!
We need a simple 1x bedroom, 1x living room, small kitchen, WC w/shower and broadband.
Nothing less! Small cave and lift are preferred, but not mandatory.
We would also care for your dog, if you wish.

I CAN VISIT YOUR PLACE ON WED/THURS (9.4-10-4)!
Our move-in and out dates are flexible within one week or so.

This will be a painless transaction for any landlord or leaseholder seeking to return after the summer.
We are exceptionally hygenic.
We will likely leave it cleaner than before we arrived.
Best of all, we can pay for this in advance, including damage deposit, via French check or RIB.

Will consider any safe neighborhood.
Excellent local references (including our former landlady).
