This spacious 36m² studio apartment is located right on the Avenue des Champs Elysees the Most Beautiful avenue of the world) in the 8th arrondissement.
On the 5th French floor with lift, this space can welcome comfortably 4 guests.
This studio is facing the courtyard which assures you quietness in one of the busiest area of Paris.

The entrance with a large wardrobe for all your clothes, gives access to the main room.
This room is divided into 2 parts. You’ll find on one side the dining table with 4 chairs, a glass coffee table, a television, a sofa-bed for 2 people (queen size) with a night table with a lamp on each side and a queen size bed, and shelves. It’s facing a quiet courtyard.

You’ll appreciate the high speed internet connection, phone line and the cable TV at your disposal.

The separated kitchen is fitted with 2 hotplates, a fridge with a convienient freezer, a microwave, a sink, a washing machine, cupboards, a coffee maker, a toaster. Dishes and utensils are also provided to cook daily.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, a wash basin under a mirror, and a toilet.

Location: Located directly on the Champs Elysées, you’ll find downstairs many luxury boutiques, when you’ll walk a little away from the busy avenue, you’ll discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants.
You’ll be also 5 min walk from convenient stores such as supermarket, butcher, bakeries.

Closest Metro: Close to the subway stop Georges V, on the very convenient line 1, that cross Paris from east to west and take you either to La Defense or to le Marais in less than 15 minutes ride.

Price per night: 156 euros (3 nights minimum)
Price per week: 850 euros all tax and agency fees included
