We have student rooms starting at 400euros, for 1 person (up to 150sq.f = 12,2²m) and at 600euros, for two persons (up to 250sq.f = 22,2²m), 400€ deposit, only 17 minutes by metro from St. Michel/Notre Dame. The rooms are very private and very quiet, furnished with bed, table, wardrobe, table lamp, shelf’s, mirror, light and blankets. You share 9 individual showers and 8 individual toilets, 2 kitchens and 2 common areas with Internet–TV (over 250 international channels), VCR/ DVD/internet-“Wireless”. New !!! TV-Cinema 100 movies every week new movies!!! The building is large, renovated, very clean, and with a very nice and big garden behind (+BBQ). There is a pay phone at cost and several telephone lines for incoming calls, as well as internet terminals. There is a very good atmosphere with international students. It is outside of Paris, only 17mn by subway to the center of Paris.

Each room has cable with fast Internet connection (ADSL). Only one-time paid of 20euros for the connection the Internet time is unlimited free!!!
We also have Wireless connection available for everyone (it’s free)!!!

FURNITURES & EXPENSES
Included: hydro, heat, light, bed, mattress, blanket, pillow, table, chair; in common area: TV, dishes, phone lines, Wireless Internet.
Extra: linen and towels, 10 euros, outside (corridors) phone calls at cost.
Professional washer and dryer up to 30kg: 2.50euros.
