King size bed in master bedroom. Most areas are air-conditioned. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. New clothes washer + dryer.

WiFi internet access. Large color TV with DVD, satellite signal.

INCLUDED is a SEPARATE GUEST STUDIO apartment included adjacent to the home, also near the pool. Air conditioned.

Enjoy a wonderful meal and glass of wine on one of two rear decks, offering the very famous sea view Monet painted of Antibes. There is a single garage and additional secure parking for several cars inside our gates. 4 adult + 2 children bikes with helmets available.
